This workshop will offer a practical and emotional intelligence framework to follow when dealing with confronting situations. It will be a forum to explore, discuss and share how individuals and companies manage, deal and diffuse challenging situations and conflict in the workplace like bullying, intimidating or aggressive behaviour.
We will consider scenarios relevant to your workplace and Owners Corporations meetings. You’ll learn strategies for difficult conversations with clients on the phone and confronting interpersonal meetings. We will also analyse strengths and weaknesses when dealing with conflict and power imbalances in the workplace. We aim to empower you to be confident, safe and ensure you are well supported.
