Victoria Police have launched an initiative called CommConnect, Officers (usually at Sergeant level) will engage community stakeholders on what their needs are regarding safety and emergency services. Resources will then be focused in those areas identified by local communities to build stronger connection and trust between citizens and police.
CommConnect have a survey that OC Managers can do on behalf of their committees or you can pass it on directly to the communities you manage.
This survey is a rare chance to allow the voice of your strata communities to be heard and connect with our emergency service and influence where better support could be given. This is an opportunity to be proactive and address issues now before they escalate.
