Josh has been in the industry since 2011 and there hasn’t been a type of title he hasn’t managed. 
 
He knows all about community living, being heavily involved in community volunteering he is able to draw from all walks of life. 
 
Currently Joshua is the President of SCA SA & NT Chapters and has a keen interest in ensuring that the local industry focuses on the important factors surrounding community management. 
 
He continues to lobby key decisions makers to ensure that improve the Body corporate sector continues to grow. With involvement in key strategic leadership roles across many local and national companies, Joshua brings a fresh and diverse approach to the industry. 

 

KEYNOTE SPEAKER - Daniel Bull

Daniel Bull is an Australian adventurer, mountain climber, and professional speaker. He has climbed the Seven Summits and the Volcanic Seven Summits. He also holds the world record for the highest altitude kayaking.

 

Daniel became the youngest Australian to climb Ama Dablam in the Himalayas, doing so at the age of 23. During his career, he has also been the first to ascend many unclimbed peaks. Between 2006 and 2017, Daniel climbed the highest mountains and volcanic summits on each of the seven continents. He was 36 years old when he completed the challenge. He was also the first Australian to accomplish the feat.

In 2017, Daniel completed back-to-back climbs of both the highest mountain peak and highest volcanic peak in Antarctica, becoming the first Australian to ascend Mount Sidley. In 2018, he set another world record for the highest altitude kayaking, completing the feat on a lake in Ojos del Salado,

Michelle has worked in the strata industry for over 30 years.

She is now working for a supplier and wears many hats in her role as Chief People & Client Support Officer for MaxSoft Group, a leading software provider to the strata industry.

Michelle has worked in all aspects of strata - from accounts, to strata assistant to strata manager, is currently a Director of SCA (Vic), Director of Strata Community Australasia (SCA) National and chairs the Professional Standards and Research & Development Committee and Co-Chairs the education committee.  She has also been a subject matter expert to CAMICB exam development committee for 7+ years.

Above all, she is passionate about education and believes in raising the bar across industry.  In 2020-2021, Michelle was the recipient of the SCA President's Award for her work in education.

Tim Graham is a Partner of Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers. He is one of Australia's pre-eminent strata lawyers. Tim is the President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College. He has been a Member of SCA for almost 20 years and a Board Member since 2017.  

 

He has been selected in Best Lawyers© in Australia seven times. Tim has been recognised in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyer and a Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer. Tim has conducted over 350 seminars; he has guest lectured at RMIT, Deakin University and the University of New South Wales.

 

He is published regularly in the Australian Property Law Bulletin and is a member of the bulletin's Editorial Panel. Tim also authored the inaugural Owners Corporations chapter of the Lawyers’ Practice Manual and wrote the case study update for Subdivisions with the Lot.

Paul is currently the Chief executive of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Victoria’s largest business advocacy organisation, and was previously the Chief Executive of the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV), incorporating the Royal Melbourne Show and venue management of the Melbourne Showgrounds

For over 5 years Chris was Queensland’s Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management, which is the only role of its type in the world. Now as Director of Strata Solve, Chris is an independent strata consultant helping clients to untangle their strata issues with tailored, practical solutions. Chris is the former President of Strata Community Association (Qld)and brings to the table over 2 decades of public sector leadership and policy development.

 

He is a nationally accredited mediator and a strong advocate for trying to resolve strata disputes without the need for legal proceedings. Chris is also a frequent media and content contributor on strata issues. Outside of strata, Chris is President of Northside Connect, a not-for-profit provider of community and legal services on Brisbane’s northside. Chris is also the human slave to a happily retired former racing greyhound, which has all the necessary body corporate approvals.
