It will cover financial risks, reading financial statements, implementing information from loan statements, reporting loans, budgeting impacts, benefits of loans, and decision-making processes.
Notice of Repair - Purpose and Serving
Water-related issues between properties such as flooding, blocked drains or damaged pipes can quickly turn into costly disputes. This session, presented by Anton Block, considers how a Notice of Repair under the Owners Corporations Act can or should be used as a practical tool for managing and resolving these situations. Key takeaways: When to use it – Ideal for cases where water is escaping, flooding or causing damage from a neighbouring property. How to serve it – What the notice must include, timeframes, and valid methods of delivery. Why it matters – Helps avoid escalation to legal action and demonstrates reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
