Written cancellations received to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm Friday, 9 October 2020 will be accepted and registration fees, less a 15% administration fee, will be refunded. No refunds can be given after this date; however, substitute delegates are welcome until 5pm Monday, 12 October. Written notification of a delegate substitution must be sent to email@example.com. Refunds will be processed and forwarded after the event. Confirmed registrants who do not attend, or who cancel after 5pm Friday, 9 October 2020 are responsible for payment of the entire registration fee.

Suitcasing Policy – Prohibited Promotion
SCA (Vic) has a no-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing” which describes the practice of non-sponsoring or exhibiting companies or individuals promoting business at this annual event, including taking delegates off-line from the platform and or representing their services or soliciting Symposium delegates for conflicting activities. Distribution and or display of commercial literature is restricted to participating exhibitors only. Unauthorised literature, signs and are prohibited. Non sponsor suppliers are prohibited from using screens that display company brand during any networking or workshops. Violators of this policy will be removed from the platform and charged the Bronze Sponsor rate.
