Susan Chandler - Regional Manager, SCA National
Susan has spent over 13 years in association management, including 9 years with the Australian Veterinary Association (Victorian Division) as Executive Officer and Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer. She also worked in membership and marketing at the Australian Medical Association. Prior to entering the association sector, Susan spent 7 years in the political sphere in addition to many years in the not-for-profit sector.
Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and is determined to grow the profile of the strata industry and deliver value to members via high standard education, useful resources and great networking opportunities.
T-Lee Mason - Membership and Administration
Introducing T-Lee Mason, our cheerful and personable Membership & Administration Officer. With a passion for customer service and a decade of experience in the NFP Sector, she is a valuable addition to the team at SCA (Vic).
During her time as a Membership Officer with Speech Pathology Australia and the Australasian Sonographers Association, T-Lee developed a profound sense of purpose for the NFP Sector. She is dedicated to prioritising the needs of members, building strong relationships, and ensuring that each member feels valued and supported. T-Lee looks forward to taking your membership experience to new heights.
Josh Karpin - Policy and Advocacy Officer
Prior to joining SCA, Josh has extensive experience teaching politics at university-level, primarily at the University of Melbourne. With the Vic team, Josh is looking forward to engaging with members, advocating on their behalf and keeping them informed about relevant industry developments.
Sam Osborne - Education Coordinator
Sam is an enthusiastic, creative and dynamic educator with 12 years of experience in adult education service and public secondary education in Australia, Germany and the USA, plus 2 years of instructional design and e-learning experience in the commercial education sector. Sam excels at teaching, mentoring, public speaking, creating training videos, and providing constructive feedback to drive continued growth and learner confidence. He is thrilled to be part of the SCA Vic team.
Nioka Mellick-Cooper - Marketing and Events Officer
Nioka joins SCA (Vic) with extensive knowledge in marketing and social media as well as a love for photoshop and photography. She is very excited to be a part of the SCA (Vic) family and get creative!
