Tim Graham
SCA (VIC) Vice President
Tim Graham is a Partner of Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers. He is one of Australia's pre-eminent strata lawyers. Tim is the President of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and a Fellow of the College. He has been a Member of SCA for almost 20 years and a Board Member since 2017.
He has been selected in Best Lawyers© in Australia seven times. Tim has been recognised in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyer and a Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer.
Tim has conducted over 350 seminars; he has guest lectured at RMIT, Deakin University and the University of New South Wales.
He is published regularly in the Australian Property Law Bulletin and is a member of the bulletin's Editorial Panel. Tim also authored the inaugural Owners Corporations chapter of the Lawyers’ Practice Manual and wrote the case study update for Subdivisions with the Lot.
The SCAV Board (Board) is committed to the preservation of membership confidence, the professionalisation of the Strata industry and the delivery of the highest standard of ethical practice. The Board has adopted a new Professional Governance Framework (PGF), which includes a revised Board Charter, Board Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Privacy and Confidentially Policy. To reinforce their commitment to the PGF, each Board Member has signed a Duties & Responsibilities of Board Members statement and a Register of Interest declaration.
