Need to add new staff to your Corporate Membership?
All membership application forms are now completed online and can be easily accessed via our website https://www.vic.strata.community/vic-members. Some membership types require supporting documents to be added, so please read through carefully and ensure they are attached to the form when submitting. Have you changed companies and need to update your information?
If you have changed companies in the last 12 months and have not advised us already, please complete our online change of details form so we can update your record.
Important Changes to SCA (Vic) Membership for 2021-22
This year we are making some changes to our membership structure which will affect Owners Corporation Management companies who hold Corporate Membership with SCA (Vic) as well as individuals who hold membership within the company. Membership fees will change to be based on the number of lots under management within the corporate portfolio instead of the number of staff working in the organisation. This means there will be an over-arching fee for the corporate membership which will then cover membership for the company as well as all individuals within that company, regardless of their role/position.
More information regarding this change will be sent out over the coming months leading up to the renewal period.
