Michelle Cummins
SCA (Vic) National Board representative
Michelle Cummins was elected to the SCA (Vic) Board in 2022 and has served on the SCA National Board since 2018. Michelle chairs the SCA National Professional Standards & Membership Board and is Deputy Chair of the National Education Advisory Committee
With over 30 years working in the strata industry across a variety of roles (including accounts, Strata Assistant and Strata Manager), Michelle has a wealth of knowledge and expertise she brings to the SCA (Vic) Board. Michelle also has extensive Human Resource generalist experience and is currently Chief People and Client Support Officer for industry software provider StrataMax.
Michelle is enthusiastic about education and raising the bar across industry, and is an award-winning educator within the strata sector.
The SCAV Board (Board) is committed to the preservation of membership confidence, the professionalisation of the Strata industry and the delivery of the highest standard of ethical practice. The Board has adopted a new Professional Governance Framework (PGF), which includes a revised Board Charter, Board Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Privacy and Confidentially Policy. To reinforce their commitment to the PGF, each Board Member has signed a Duties & Responsibilities of Board Members statement and a Register of Interest declaration.
